Telkomsat as a subsidiary of TelkomGroup which manages the satellite business, has the trust in meeting the transponder service needs of Tangara Mitrakom as a subsidiary of Emtek Group which has a TV broadcasting media company consisting of SCTV, Indosiar,O-Channel, Mediatama (NexParabola), Friday (24/7).

Tangara Mitrakom, which operates as a satellite communication network provider, appoints Telkomsat in providing broadcasting solutions that can distribute television broadcasts to the public using Merah Putih Satellite and Telkom 3S.

The cooperation agreement has been implemented for the next five years and starting from June 1, 2020. The signing of the cooperation contract was carried out by the Commercial Director of Telkomsat – Puguh Indaryono and the Director of Tangara Mitrakom – Johan Susanto and witnessed by the CEO Enterprise Business TelkomGroup – Edi Witjara, CEO Telkomsat – Endi Fitri Herlianto, President Director of EMTEK Group – Sutanto Hartono, Director of EMTEK Group – Yuslinda Nasution and CEO of Mediatama (Nex Parabola) – Junus Koswara, which took place at the Telkom Landmark Tower Building, 21st Floor, Jakarta.

According to CEO Enterprise Business TelkomGroup – Edi Witjara, “Emtek Group has chosen the right business partner in building synergy, because Telkomsat is one of the leading satellite players in Asia, which until now has operated 3 satellites well, namely Telkom 2 satellite, Telkom 3S and Merah Putih Satellites”.

In addition, Managing Director of Telkomsat – Endi Fitri Herlianto, revealed that the need for satellite telecommunications in Indonesia will continue to increase in line with broadcasting needs. Because the country of Indonesia is an archipelago consisting of thousands of islands. And, only satellite services can meet telecommunications needs even in remote areas.

Merah Putih Satellite and Telkom 3S are satellites in premium slots, making it ideal for distributing telecommunications services throughout Indonesia with reliable and quality. This satellite is controlled by experienced HR at the Cibinong Main Control Station which is the largest Satellite Control Center in Indonesia and is in realtime backed up by the Banjarmasin Backup Control Station.

The Telkomsat collaboration with Emtek Group began on July 16, 2020, where a Joint Planning Session was held to explore opportunities for further collaboration, including Maritime Service Cooperation, Teleport Cooperation and Virtual Network Operators VSAT.

On Wednesday, 10 February 2021 PT Tangara Mitrakom again held the video conference webinar, carries the theme “Moving Forward through Increased Productivity, Performance and Efficiency” which discusses the latest information about VSAT Internet and SD Wan services from Tangara Mitrakom

This webinar was attended by more than 80 participants, consisting of Tangara Mitrakom employees and potential customer who are interested in VSAT Internet and SD Wan Services from Tangara Mitrakom. Also present as the keynote speaker David Winarso from DELL EMC and Head of Product Development of Tangara Mitrakom, Saripudin. After the material explanation from all the Keynote Speaker, the session continued with the SD Wan demo from DELL EMC.

This event was also attended by Sales & Marketing Director PT Tangara Mitrakom, Junus Koswara and Operation Director of PT Tangara Mitrakom, Johan Susanto.

In order to provide the latest information about VSAT IP, IoT, M2M and SD Wan services from Tangara Mitrakom, Tangara Mitrakom held a webinar with the theme “Tantangan Efisiensi Pemanfaatan Jaringan VSAT dan Terrestrial di Masa New Normal” which was held through Video Conference on Thursday, 23 July 2020.

This webinar was attended by more than 50 participants, consisting of Tangara Mitrakom employees and potential customer who are interested in VSAT and Terrestrial technology. Also present as the speaker the Operation Director of PT Tangara Mitrakom, Johan Susanto and Head of Product Development, Saripudin, this event was also attended by Sales & Marketing Director PT Tangara Mitrakom, Junus Koswara.

PT Tangara Mitrakom on 9 September 2015 an official cooperation with Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel). A memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between PT. Tangara Mitrakom (Emtek Group). The MoU was signed by Johan Susanto, Director of PT. Tangara Mitrakom and Lim Kian Soon, Head of SingTel Satellite.

MoU between TM and SingTel is made in order to strengthen the cooperation between the two companies, especially to contribute in industrial development of satellite telecommunications in Indonesia. One of the market targets is to support the maritime sector in Indonesia. Therefore, this MoU reinforces the mutually beneficial relationship for both companies in the future.

17 Years Anniversary of PT. Tangara Mitrakom (Emtek Group) celebrated with the launching of a new corporate logo and also gratitude for the achievement of 7000 acquisition of the remote.

Mr. Darwin Sariaatmadja, President Director of PT. Tangara Mitrakom, conveyed that the new logo arranged with the philosophy which is based on the values and the company’s ideals. Shape of the company logo, implying Tangara determination to become a global company and continues to grow. With the new logo is expected to bring a new spirit within every employee to build together PT Tangara Mitrakom to be number one and the best company in telecommunication services.

According to Mr. Darwin, one of the major challenges facing Tangara Mitrakom in the future is the increasing of customer’s expectation, where customer satisfaction is a major concern. Always provide the best service for customers is the answer to these challenges.

On 1 September 2014 PT Tangara Mitrakom  has successfull achieve 5000 remote. In the midst of an economic deceleration and stagnation of national telecommunications market, did not diminish the spirit of PT. Tangara Mitrakom to develop and provide the best service for its loyal customers. This is evidenced from the sales increase of telecommunication services by 35% in 2014 compared to the achievement in 2013. At this time the company has achieved 5000 remotes.

In his speech, President Director of PT.Tangara Mitrakom, Mr. Nono Purnomo said that what has been achieved by the company over the years is due to hard work and teamwork of all parties in Tangara Mitrakom.
