PT Tangara Mitrakom has established in 1998,as a member of Elang Mahkota Teknologi (EMTEK). PT Tangara Mitrakom has focused in providing network services and solutions, in line with the grant of closed fixed network licence from the Goverment.

PT Tangara Mitrakom also provides telecommunications services based on Packet Switched and Network Access Provider (NAP) licenses issued by the Minister of Communications and Informatics. To enchance quality of its services to customers as a world-class operator, PT Tangara Mitrakom has successfully obtained ISO 9001:2015 standard as International accredited (International Accreditation Service – IAS) quality management system.

PT Tangara Mitrakom operates across the country, delivering quick and reliable communication solutions by serving customers in various segments such as Banking, Corporate, Telco, ISP Provider and Goverment from local and multi national companies with more than 10.000 total remotes in urban and rural area.

PT Tangara Mitrakom have more than 50 Service Points in accross cities in Indonesia and supported with more than 100 Technicians, Workshop for repair center and International strategic partners.

On July 27th, 2009,PT. Tangara Mitrakom improves its competencies, operational productivity, efficiency and effectiveness by gaining Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 certification that obtained from ISOQAR Indonesia with certificate number 7846-001. Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 is an excellent system to handle, control and manage products or services for customers. Ir. Susanto Suwarto

Has served as President Director of PT. Elang Mahkota Teknologi since September 2009 – present, as President Director of PT. Abhimata Citra Abadi in 1989-2001, as Commissioner of the Company in 2001-2009, as President Commissioner of the Company in 2009 –present. Also President Director of PT Ekaprasarana Primatel in 1995 – present, as President Commissioner of PT. Sakalaguna since 2003 –present. Served as President Commissioner of PT. Abhimata Persada in 2009 – present, as Commissioner of PT. Tangara Mitrakom in 2009 – present, as Commissioner of PT. Omni Intivision since 1998-2009 , as President Commissioner of the Company 2009 – present. Also has served as President Commissioner of PT PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk in 2007-2009, and as Commissioner of PT Nokia Networks in 2002-2007.

Completed his study in Trisakti University, Jakarta, Indonesia in 1983 and earned Bachelor of Engineering Telecommunication Majoring in Electric Engineering Telecommunication Engineering Program.

Amir Abdul Rachman

Amir returned in 1978 from Australia where he studied Computer Science and Accounting at RMIT. He joined Citibank NA where he was principally instrumental in introducing to Indonesia automotive installment finance in a big way. He then joined Astra to manage the JV with HSBC in the leasing business and support Astra’s venture into the automotive consumer business. In 1984 he was recruited by the Darmadi Group and for 25 years he lead the Group that saw the birth of various big projects including JV with international and national corporations. At the same time, in his individual capacity he facilitated the birth of Dipo Star Finance (today Mitsubishi’s auto finance), PT Pramindo Ikat Nusantara (Initially a KSO Telecommunication JV with Astra), PT Mobisel (cellular provider with 450 Mhz frequency). Prior to his retirement in 2019, at one time or another he was holding formal positions with various significant corporations, eg Astra, Bakrieland, MNCLand, Bank Mandiri, Patra Jasa, Samuel Securities, Bumiputra Insurance, etc. His hands on exposure in business which started since 1975 covered a wide spectrum from computer software development, banking, finance, insurance, property, trading, hospitality, textile, telecommunications, oil and gold mining where he either created, grew or turned around the businesses or if not feasible, closed it down efficiently.

Yuslinda Nasution

Has been with the group since 1992 and currently serving as a Company Director Since September 2009. Previously served as President Director since 2007 – 2009. Currently serving as a part of BOD and BOC of EMTEK. Previously served as Manager of PT Multi Jasa Karya (1992-1993), Project Manager of PT New Modul International (1991-1992), Technical Manager of PT Kimia Farma (1984-1991), and Electronic Engineer at PT Komunikasi Terrestrial under Sudarpo Corporation (1983-1984). Obtained her Bachelor of Electronic Engineering degree, majoring in Telecommunications from Trisakti University, Jakarta, in 1983.

Johan Susanto

Has been with the company since 2001 and currently serving as a Operations Director. Completed his studies in Satya Wacana Christian University, Salatiga, Indonesia in 1991 earning a Bachelor of Engineering Telecommunication majoring in Electrical Engineering and obtained a Master Degree in Marketing from Esa Unggul University, Jakarta, Indonesia in 1999
